Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine
Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machine
We provide a wide range of finishing equipment, including Centrifugal Barrel Finishing Machines that are created for intricate polishing of delicate and
fragile industrial items for outstanding quality. These are constructed from
the best grades of basic materials and steel alloys and are designed for
precise radioing and deburring operations. These machines are made by us using
cutting-edge technologies while adhering to strict quality standards. Centrifugal
Barrel Finishing (CBF) is a high-energy finishing technique. Our HZ Series is
an excellent illustration of this kind of machine. Typically, these devices
consist of two or four separate barrels (or drums) positioned on the outside of
a turret. The barrels rotate in the opposite direction from the turret,
providing extremely strong G-forces or pressures as well as significant media
sliding action inside the drums.
The motion resembles a Ferris wheel.
A timing belt, V-belts, or chain that runs between the main shaft and the axis
of the four barrels is what causes this movement. When in use, the turret
rotates rapidly, producing a strong centrifugal force. Barrel tumblers are
useful for tasks requiring intense burr removal. They also perform well for
burnishing, fast radioing edges, vigorously deburring with or without media,
and tossing die-castings to separate the pieces from the runner. Additionally,
they are a good alternative for really large loads that won't work well in a
vibratory machine because the media alone can occasionally weigh up to 300 lb.
per cubic foot in one. When determining the required capacity, keep in mind
that barrel tumblers operate optimally at 50% of their maximum capacity.
Screened barrels are available for use as a deflating device for plastic or die
casting. It is simple to divide the sections thanks to screen doors. We Vibro Sepro Systems Manufacturers, Suppliers,
